In June, twenty enthusiastic Year 5 pupils from Blackheath High Junior School and Sydenham High joined forces for a vibrant French Enrichment Day to celebrate the language and culture of France. 

From interactive quizzes to creative language games, girls immersed themselves in all things French, with plenty of curiosity, teamwork and giggles along the way. The day was made even sweeter with authentic French treats like madeleines and diabolos grenadine, adding a delicious touch to the cultural experience. 

Beyond the language learning, pupils built new friendships across both schools, making the event not just educational, but truly memorable. A fantastic example of collaboration, enrichment and the joy of learning together!
