Welcome to the Blackheath High Senior School, where girls thrive in an environment tailored to them. We have been educating girls as part of the GDST, since 1880. The move into Senior School is a vital transition and we are experts in helping girls to settle in and step up.

The move into Year 7 and Senior School is one of the most exciting transitions in any student's education. Girls build on the skills founded during their junior years, discover their subject passions, and learn how to balance study and co-curricular activities while forming new friendships.  

As they move towards GCSEs, confidence and poise are cultivated to ensure every student thrives in all her endeavours: intellectual; physical; creative; cultural; social and moral.

We are proud to be a Tooled Up Education school. This extensive evidence-based online resource becomes particularly relevant as your daughter grows. The digital library is full of tips, enlightening podcasts, educational webinars around family life, learning, digital life, mental wellbeing and much more.
