EYFS co-curricular

At Blackheath High Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), our girls enjoy a diverse co-curricular programme.

Ballet and Circus Skills lessons are available for all the girls to enjoy, and the Reception girls can also join after school French classes and lunchtime Football Club.

Please view our Co-Curricular Booklet below which outlines the vast range of clubs we offer with the aim of complementing our curriculum.

“I teach “Forest school” in our wonderful outdoor space and it is here where the children are given the opportunity to climb trees, look for minibeasts and play make believe games; all of which enable independent learning where children can be as creative as they want to be.  I honestly love my job and feel lucky to be working with a team who are as passionate about their work as I am.  Although this is a bit of a cliché, we do all endeavour to ensure each girl is given the opportunity to reach her full potential and we try to make every day as fun as possible to inspire their love of learning.”
