Our 'women of the future' prepare for exams and the next step of their journey

As exam season approaches, we celebrated two important milestones with our Year 11 and Year 13 students.

At the annual Leavers’ Lunch, Year 13 enjoyed a joyful afternoon marking the end of their time at Blackheath High before they set off on the next steps of their educational path. Over a delicious summery lunch, students reminisced about their time at Blackheath High, signed each other’s tote bags as forever mementos, watched a heartfelt film filled with memorable moments, and laughed through an incredible “Most Likely To…” awards ceremony, with playful predictions like “Most likely to win a Nobel Prize”, “Most Likely to Join the Army” and “Most likely to become a celebrity.”

Meanwhile, our Year 11 GCSE Science students captured their own special memories in the sunshine with a group photo and the much-loved tradition of shirt-signing—a fitting way to celebrate the end of an important chapter before the next begins.
