Year 1 had a wonderful day in Greenwich park on our mini-beast, tree and flower hunts. In our 'Exploring groups' we found different pine cones, leaves, seeds and berries, worms, butterflies, bees and spiders, banana plants, colourful flowers and the gardeners who were re-planting the summer beds. After a great discussion with our girls, we headed to the Bandstand for a family picnic. Thank you to everyone who came to join us, it was a lovely day!
