We are incredibly proud of budding writers Chloe (Year 3) and Rose (Year 5), who have been selected as longlist finalists in the prestigious GSA Go Bold writing award - a fantastic recognition of their creativity, curiosity and writing talent. 

Among a sea of brilliant entries from GSA schools across the UK, Chloe and Rose stood out for their imaginative and well-researched non-fiction pieces that transported readers across continents: Chloe’s ‘The Story of Guadeloupe’ painted vivid scenes of the island’s lush landscape, its unique flora and fauna, and rich cultural heritage. Rose’s ‘The Story of Thailand’ captured the heart of the “land of smiles” - its language, history, food and deep-rooted traditions, describing it as a “veritable Shangri-La”. 

Huge congratulations to all winners and finalists, and a special mention to all our teachers who help foster great thinking and inspire and empower our future young writers.
