HEAD’S PA & OFFICE MANAGER

Contract term: Permanent
Hours: 36 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £48,855 – 55,000
About the role
This is a great opportunity for an efficient administrator looking to support the Headmistress with her daily administrative tasks and diary management, to allow her the freedom to focus on being the vision maker and leader of the school. The successful candidate will also be able to support the Senior Leadership Team and liaise with governors. In addition, the successful candidate will be effective at managing and organising the Front Office, as the outward-facing point of contact for visitors and parents, as well as the administrative support function for the school. It is essential that the postholder is a team player able to initiate projects and ideas, as well as take direction.
