Hours: Part-time 8.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Friday, Term time only plus INSET and 15 days during school holiday

Are you an organised and professional individual with a passion for education? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team, supporting the smooth running of our school.

The main responsibilities of this role are to provide support to the Pastoral Leadership Team and teaching staff on pastoral issues. This is a varied role including the development of new administrative systems, assisting with parents’ evening and other school events, and dealing with day to day pastoral queries from staff, students and parents.

Successful candidates will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, alongside first class organisational and administrative skills gained in an educational environment.
