The role
We are looking to appoint a passionate teacher of Design Technology. You would be working alongside a very enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Design and very talented technician in a forward-thinking department.
This role would suit a well-qualified individual wishing to make a significant impact on the success of the school and to enhance the girls' education, through both curricular and co-curricular activities.
Students attain excellent examination results and Design Technology is a popular subject. The successful candidate will demonstrate equal passion for their subject and working with young students.

Founded in 1880 by the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST), the UK’s leading network of independent girls’ schools, Blackheath High School is a selective school for girls aged 3–18 and was rated “excellent” in our most recent ISI Inspection.
