Blackheath High School has an exciting opportunity for a Design Technology Technician to work with teachers as part of a professional team to support learning across the department. About the Design Technology Department

The Design Technology department consists of a recently completed, dedicated space with a full range of equipment and resources ranging from traditional equipment such as workbenches, table and bandsaws to 3D printers and laser cutters. Within this, there is a dedicated prep room, office, Sixth Form area and workshop/studio. All staff have worked in industry and are also highly qualified and experienced both in and outside education. There is an open, dynamic, team based ethos that runs through planning, lessons and ultimately students’ education.
