Blackheath High School has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, reliable and approachable Caretaker to join our team. Our school comprises a Senior School, Junior School, Sports Field and Pavilion and we have just completed an £18 million new build at the Senior School site.

The role of Caretaker is key to the smooth running of our school and we are looking for a proactive and flexible person to be responsible for security, safety, cleanliness & general maintenance of our school sites. We are looking for someone with a range of practical & DIY skills, who shows attention to detail. 

The successful candidate will also be required to drive the School Minibus and will need to hold a driving licence with either a D1 category (Minibus) or a PSV licence or alternatively to hold a driving licence and a willingness to undergo a PSV training course as soon as possible after appointment.
