Open Days

Our next annual Whole School Open Morning will take place in the autumn term 2020

The Head's Talks will be held at 10am, 11am and 12noon and are ticketed. Booking is advised as these are extremely popular. Only one ticket is required per family.

Booking will be open in 2020.
 

School in Action Open Mornings

A 'School in Action' open morning allows you to take a tour during a normal school day. You will be able to look in on lessons and get a glimpse of the excellent teaching on offer at Blackheath High School.

We will be holding a School in Action morning at the Junior and Senior Schools on Tuesday 10 March 2020. 

You can register for the event at the Senior School here, and the event at the Junior School here.

Only one ticket is required per family.

Taster Mornings

Each Summer term we host Senior School Taster Mornings for pupils in Year 5.  At this event girls can join us for a fun-filled morning of lessons and learning, to experience life at Blackheath High Senior School.

In 2020 our Taster Mornings will be held on Thursday 25 June and Saturday 27 June. Online registration will open in 2020.
 

Nursery Visits

Our annual Nursery Open Morning will take place on a Saturday 10 October 2020, 9.00 - 12.00.

There will also be a chance to visit the Nursery at our School in Action open morning on Tuesday 10 March 2020. You will be able to look in on classes and get a glimpse of the excellent care at Blackheath High School Nursery. Online registration will open in 2020. Only one ticket is required per family.

Personal Tour

We appreciate how busy parents and families often are. Therefore, if you are unable to attend our Open Mornings and School in Action events, we would be pleased to welcome you for a personal tour of Blackheath High School. During your visit, one of our Ambassador students will show you around the school, be it Nursery, Juniors, Seniors or Sixth Form, so that you and your daughter can get a true feeling of what it means to be part of Blackheath High School. You can arrange a personal tour by contacting our friendly admissions team:

Sixth form open events

In the autumn term, we hold an Into the Sixth Form Information Evening where you can take a tour and meet teachers and current students to discuss in more detail about life in our Sixth Form. 

A School in Action open morning allows you to take a tour of our Sixth Form Centre during a normal working day. You will be able to look in on lessons and lectures, and get a glimpse of the excellent teaching on offer at Blackheath High Sixth Form. Our next School in Action open morning will be held on Tuesday 10th March.  Alternatively, if you would like to take an individual tour sooner please email Ms Allen a.allen@bla.gdst.net to arrange this.
