This summer’s BHSA Fête was another fantastic success at the Junior School, showcasing in brilliant style the creativity, energy and community spirit that makes Blackheath High so special. A huge thank you to the BHSA and the dedicated parent team behind the event - we’re incredibly grateful for your time, support and fundraising efforts. It was wonderful to see such a great turnout, and the joy felt by the children and the whole community made all the hard work more than worthwhile. 

Just a few highlights of a brilliant day: 

• Deputy Head Mrs Patel magically transforming into ‘Mystic Monique’ and reading pupil’s fortunes  

• The Blackheath School of Dance showcase and particularly Year 5 Bea’s fantastic tap dancing 

• The Jambs Owl Experience 

• Classic fairground games which drew a large crowd including a coconut shy and hook-a-duck 

• A ‘teddy rescue’ stall, inviting girls to give preloved bears a new home 

• An exciting guess the weight of the giant teddy competition – we hope that big cuddly guy loves his next home!
