Applications are invited from well qualified and passionate teachers of English or English and Drama for this opportunity to join our thriving and successful school.
The role will be in the English Department or predominantly in the English Department if combined with Drama.
The successful candidate will demonstrate equal passion for their subject and working with young students and be able to teach English or English/Drama throughout the school up to A level. Students attain excellent examination results and English and Drama are popular subjects.
Staff are expected to contribute to our co-curricular programme.

Founded in 1880 by the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST), the UK’s leading network of independent girls’ schools, Blackheath High School is a selective school for girls aged 3–18 and was rated “excellent” in our most recent ISI Inspection.
