To bring their Under the Sea topic to life, Year 2 enjoyed a trip to the iconic London Aquarium this term. Enjoying the journey as much as the destination, the girls loved the train journey to Waterloo and their snack break in the London Eye gardens. They then excitedly explored the magical underwater world they have been studying, seeing sea horses, giant turtles and jellyfish in real life and walking over the glass walkway above the shark tank. The penguin enclosure was popular, but not as popular as the infamous school packed lunch!
