Supporting busy families
Helping you
We know our families lead busy lives and we have thought about all the little things we can do to make a big difference, from flexible wraparound care to concise communications.
Time to plan
We give you all our term dates and the dates of as many events and activities as possible a year in advance to help you plan your own busy lives. Parents can subscribe to our calendar, which is created well in advance so you can track what is going on and when.
Concise communications
No one enjoys a flood of emails or a constant stream of letters to try and keep on top of. We send out letters and information twice a week, and keep it concise so you know what to expect and when.
Flexible transport options
We run a flexible transport service for pupils to travel to and from school. Our school coach is operated by travel specialists Vectare and covers an extensive area of South-East London. Our private minibuses network offers additional options. Both are fully supervised with specialist drivers and chaperones, and pick-up points are flexible to meet your family’s needs.
Food for thought
Nutrition plays a vital role in both great learning and healthy living, so we give you complete peace of mind by ensuring that every meal and snack your daughter has with us is freshly prepared, using high-quality ingredients.
For Junior School pupils staying at after school club, we also offer a substantial, healthy snack, so you don’t need to worry about packing food.
Nursery & Junior School
Wraparound care
Breakfast Club starts at 7.30am, and our After School Club continues until 6pm. Both clubs are run by qualified teaching staff and carers, providing familiar faces and a seamless high standard of care.
We offer full flexibility, allowing you to choose the dates and times that work best for you. Booking and payment is made via ParentPay.
Sisters Club
To make your lives easier, we offer a free Sisters Club for girls in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. This provides a calm, supervised space for younger pupils – who finish slightly earlier – to relax and play while they wait for their older siblings to finish school at 3.30pm.
Co-curricular clubs
We offer a wide range of free and paid-for clubs and fixtures throughout the day, from before school starts until the evening. For older pupils in Years 5 and 6, we also offer supervised Morning Study Club and Homework Club after school.
At a glance learning updates
For Nursery pupils, we use the Tapestry Learning Journal to share what your child has been up to that day, her progress and development, and photos of her activities. For Reception upwards, we use the Firefly platform to share weekly round-up newsletters, exploring what we have been learning throughout the week, and any reminders/requests and dates for your diary.
Holiday clubs
We’re excited to announce that from Easter 2026, our popular holiday club, run by SuperCamps, will expand to include Nursery-aged children, offering even more opportunities for fun and care during school breaks.
Senior School
After school study
We offer a supervised study group every evening from 3.45-5.30pm in our Library. This quiet, calm club gives girls the space and time to catch up with homework or read a book, while waiting for their parents to pick them up.
Co-curricular clubs
Many of our wide range of clubs take place during lunch break, giving girls the opportunity to follow a wide range of interests without impacting on their homework and family time. For girls taking part in after school clubs and sports fixtures, parents can access a fully updated calendar of events to help plan your own busy lives.
