A night to remember
On Friday 27 June, our school community came together to honour a truly special milestone for our Year 13 students. The afternoon began with the Year 13 Celebration Ceremony attended by students, staff and proud families. It was a chance for students to reflect on their time at Blackheath High, particularly their Sixth Form journey and to recognise the hard work, resilience and character they have shown along the way. We are so proud of all they have achieved and excited to see where their next steps will take them.
The celebrations didn’t end there – by evening, the atmosphere turned electric at the Sixth Form Ball, where Years 12 and 13 danced the night away with their peers and teachers. A standout performance by the talented Year 12 rock band added even more magic to a night filled with joy, laughter and celebration. It was the perfect send-off for our wonderful Year 13 and a celebration of everything that makes our Sixth Form community so special.
To our brilliant Year 13s – you will be greatly missed, but we know bright futures await you. Thank you for all you’ve given to the Blackheath High community and make sure you stay in touch!
