Pop Fest at Up The Creek

On Monday 9th May, Blackheath High music students performed in the annual Pop Fest concert. This year the concert was held at Up The Creek, which is a well-loved comedy club in Greenwich. We had a huge range of ensembles and solo performances from students in all year groups. These ensembles included the three Rock Bands, Sinfonia Orchestra, Need for Reed, Rolling Tones, Year 7 Glee Choir and there was even a staff performance! Pop Fest also gave our older students the opportunity to perform solo songs with a live band. The concert was a huge success and we were so proud to watch the students perform with such confidence and enjoyment. They all did such a fantastic job! Thank you to everyone who came to watch, and to all the staff and students who were involved. It was certainly a night to remember!
