The Junior School site at Wemyss Road is housed in the original 19th Century premises in Blackheath Village and we have recently celebrated our 132nd anniversary.

This beautiful, historical building is continually updated and now features a splendid library, spacious dining room, digital radio station, Science laboratory, an Art, Design & Technology workshop, two ICT suites, three laptop trolleys housing enough laptops for a class lesson, a Modern Languages room, Music rooms to accommodate the ever-increasing number of children wishing to learn a musical instrument.

There is also a large gymnasium /theatre newly equipped with hi-tech audio and lighting equipment and a purpose-built nursery with its own entrance and playground. Key Stage 2 pupils use the five-acre sports field at Kidbrooke Grove with its full-size Astro-turf pitch, 13 tennis and netball courts and purpose-built sports pavilion. The playground area is landscaped to provide an exciting and stimulating outdoor space for the girls.

We are delighted to have been awarded the prestigious ICT accreditation mark in recognition of our use of ICT across the curriculum. There has been a large investment in providing the latest available ICT equipment, including data projectors and interactive whiteboards from Nursery upwards.
