for a place
Our Sixth Form students can choose from over 25 A-level subjects. Girls may study three or four to A-levels, or five if they wish. The majority choose to study three subjects to A-level and also embark on the ‘EPQ’, the Extended Project Qualification which they will complete by the end of Year 12.
In addition, all students have the opportunity to follow our bespoke enrichment course, ‘Global Perspectives.’
Guidance on study skills and time management is provided to help make the transition from GCSE as smooth as possible as are extension classes in preparation for university admissions tests.
All students also follow a programme of PSHE and PE.
Further information can be found in our Sixth Form Handbook.
For students who started the Sixth Form in September 2016 and who are currently in Year 13:

• At the end of Year 12, some students sat AS module examinations in unreformed subjects and a few sat AS in reformed subjects where they were not carrying on the subject in Year 13.
