Activities undertaken by the girls are cross-curricular but in our planning, recording and reporting we also follow the Government guidelines of Early Years Foundation Stage Principles, which focuses teaching into seven areas - three 'Prime' and four 'Specific' as detailed below:

In addition, the EYFS team supports pupils in four specific areas, through which the three Prime areas are strengthened and applied, these are:

Girls leave the Foundation Stages confident, caring and courteous with an academic grounding, ready for transition into the Key Stage 1 years at Blackheath High School.
