As part of the wide-range of competitions being offered right now. Ezie from our Sixth Form in Year 13 did a brilliant job in her short story titled 'Just one more library?' for the Spanish Flash Fiction Competition offered by Oxford University.

The university currently offers 3 competitions in languages, in French, Spanish Flash Fiction and the German Olympiad.

¿Solo otra biblioteca más?

Me adentré en esta biblioteca desconocida, queriendo encontrar momentos de tranquilidad interior. Parecía un lugar majestuoso, más que los que había visitado antes, pero extraña y desocupada. Poseía grandes arcos antiguos, estanterías de piso a techo, y enormes vidrieras. Vagué por los pasillos interminables, pero cuanto más me aventuré, más se volvían raros los libros. Los temas pasaron de romance y misterio a lenguas extraterrestres y criaturas míticas. Me aceleré de pánico, buscando algo familiar. Luego un libro me llamó la atención. Lo saqué lentamente y leí la portada: ''Hechizos para Principiantes". Pensé: "Quizás un libro no me haría daño."
