One of our Year 5 girls, Sophia, took part in a gymnastics competition at Crystal Palace Sports Centre. Competing under immense pressure, Sophia won the following medals:

• Gold on the Beam
• Gold on the Range (strength, flexibility, control and precision)
• Silver on the Bars

Sophia also received a special commendation from the Judge, who stated Sophia had the "best range I have ever seen." She started taking part in gymnastics at the age of 4, and now trains twelve hours per week. Well done Sophia!
